Griddle Cakes

Yields:10-16 cakes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Combine milk, butter, and eggs. Beat lightly.

Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Beat together and add more milk as needed to get a consistency of heavy cream.

Cook on a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
