Spaghetti with Blue Cheese and Bacon

Total Time:20 minutes
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 pound blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 2 gloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound spaghetti

While boiling water for pasta, cook bacon.

Crumble bacon into pieces.

When pasta is cooked, drain it and combine with other ingredients.
