Toasted Pitas with Dill and Parmesean

  • 6 6" Pita breads
  • butter
  • dill weed
  • parmesean cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 450 F. or broil.

Slice Pitas across the middle, into two pockets. Divide pockets by slicing at pocket seams.

Lightly butter inside faces then sprinkle with dill and parmesean.

Place face up on baking sheet, and bake until lightly golden brown.

Serve while still warm.
